Gary was an Outpost Leader in Albany New York since 1998.
Gary was instrumental in organizing the "Uncle sams House" Veterans shelter and halfway house in Troy.
He aslo was an Ordained Minister and did extensive drug and alcohol rehab work with Vets. Part of the program was helping homeless Vets get decent jobs and a place of their own.
