Inez Barbara Holloway ----- A homemaker, she passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2009, at her home in Baton Rouge. She was 86, a retired master sergeant with the U.S. Marine Corps, having served during World War II, and an avid bridge player. She was a native of Los Angeles and will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her. She is survived by three daughters, Mary Holloway, Terri Holloway and Nancy Holloway, her mother's caregiver; and three granddaughters, Ashley Creekbaum, Summer Creekbaum and Devin Holloway. Preceded in death by her husband, Lewis W. Holloway Jr. Inez's family wishes to offer a special thanks to her other caregivers, Verlincia and Dezell, for their love and care. To honor her wishes, a private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Rabenhorst Funeral Home East.
