NEBO, Ky. — Timothy Ray Crook, 50, died Jan. 2, 2008, in Nebo.
He was a coal miner and Marine Corps veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Juanita; daughter, Crystal Heath; son, Barry Samborski; mother, Dorothy Crook; sisters, Jennifer Crook and Meko Coakley; brother, Ethan; and eight grandchildren.
Memorial services 1 p.m. Tuesday at Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville, visitation is from 9 a.m.
