Captain William R. "Bill" Warren II, 43, of Chesapeake, Virginia, son of Colonel William and Judith Warren of Lady's Island, died December 30, 2008. Bill was a retired Marine Corps Communications Officer and veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He was a 1988 graduate of Georgia Tech receiving his degree in Electrical Engineering and later earned an MBA from Regent University. Funeral services were held January 6 with burial in the Albert G. Horton Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Suffolk, Virginia. He is survived by his parents, his wife Robin and his sister Amy. Bill was a member and supporter of the Blinded Veterans Association and the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation.
