Its been almost a year since the death of my friend Duwayne "Duce" Bowen.
He was one special person and was instrumental in getting the Outpost started in Salamanca NY.
Although he was blind and had a variety of illnesses, and reqired dialysis, he hung in there and was an icon in the daily life of the Seneca Nation.
